1. Payment Mode
a. What payment types does Signitory accept?
For the time being, we only accept Visa and Mastercard for recurring monthly and annual payments.
b. How do I manage my payment details?
There is a customer portal for you to manage your payment method, edit your billing information and view your billing history.
2. Recurring Payment
a. Is my subscription scheduled to renew automatically?
The recurring payment feature is switched on by default, meaning you'll automatically pay for a new subscription period when your current period ends.
b. How can I cancel recurring payments?
You can switch-off the recurring payment option feature, and/or switch it back on via your Signitory account.
3. Error in Payment
a. What should I do if there is a payment error?
Before making any payment, you can review your billing history or call us to inquire about the payment status. If there is a redundant or overpayment, we will refund you through our charge processing provider. Please keep in mind that there could be extra costs levied by the payment processing provider or bank, as well as withdrawals related to currency exchange.
b. What happens if the annual payment did not go through?
If the first attempt fails, we will try again the following day. In the third day, your membership will be cancelled, and you will be switched to the free plan. To continue using our services, you will need to subscribe to a new plan.
